Talking Poster Presentations

All Talking Poster Presenters are requested to upload their presentation at the Speaker Preview Room at least two hours prior to your scheduled presentation. All files must be tested in to ensure that they will work correctly when in the session hall.




  • Please note that 3 minutes have been allocated for each Talking Poster Presentation, followed by 2 minutes for discussion. Rigorous time keeping will be enforced.​

  • On your first presentation slide, you are required to disclose all financial interests within the past 12 months preceding this Congress. Please click here to download a disclosure template for inclusion in your presentation. (Link to allow presenter to download PPT slide, attached in email)

  • If you have nothing to disclose, you still need to include a disclosure statement. Please include on your first slide “I, (insert name) DO NOT have a financial interest/arrangement or affiliation with one or more organization which could be perceived as a real or apparent conflict of interest in the context of the subject of this presentation”.

  • Only MS-PowerPoint (*.ppt and *.pptx) presentations with video formats will be accepted.

  • Presentations attached to emails cannot be processed.

  • Abstract presenters, please note that it was a condition of submissions that all accepted presenting authors must register for the Congress. Please ensure you have completed your registration by 19th April 2023.

  • All session halls are equipped with the necessary technical requirements. Please note that under no circumstances will personal laptops be permitted, therefore it is essential that you report to the Speaker Preview Room.

  • Please create your presentation in 16:9 (wide screen) format. All videos should be embedded in your Power Point presentation. Please test any embedded videos with the AV team.




  • Upon arrival at the Congress venue, please check in at the Registration Desk to pick up your name badge. 

  • Please arrive at your session 15 minutes prior to the published start time and identify yourself to the hostess or the session moderator.

  • To keep to our tight schedule, please keep to the timings in the programme which includes time for questions and answers / discussion. 

  • Please note that all presentations should be in English.

Session Room Setup


Each session room is equipped with a projector and screen, you will be able to control your presentation from the podium. Each session room will be staffed with members of our AV team who will assist with any questions or issues. Water will be available in all meeting rooms.

Please be aware that the information and materials displayed and/or presented at all sessions of this Congress are the property of E-AHPBA 2023 and/or the presenter and cannot be photographed, copied, photocopied, transformed to electronic format, reproduced or distributed without the written permission of E-AHPBA 2023 and/or the presenter.


E-AHPBA 2023 reserve one-time copyright for publication of material provided for inclusion in the proceedings for the Congress which includes audio recordings containing presentation materials such as PowerPoint slides. Presenters are encouraged to include copyright notices as appropriate on all the materials submitted and presented at E-AHPBA 2023. 


Presenters should ensure that their contributions contain no matter that is defamatory or is otherwise unlawful or invades individual privacy or infringes on any proprietary right or statutory copyright. E-AHPBA 2023 and its agents and representatives take no responsibility should the material presented or provided for publication be determined to defame, libel or slander an individual or organisation, violate the confidentiality of any individual or organisation, or infringe on another's copyright.
